What:
The Massachusetts State Career Development Conference is the pinnacle of the DECA year. Filled with competition and leadership activities, there is also plenty of entertainment which gets planned into the three day conference, such as key note speakers and various performances. As a member, you will compete in your event with either role-plays and a written exam, or a presentation depending on your category, and get the opportunity to win medals and trophies and advance to the International Career Development Conference. The Massachusetts State Action Team spends months planning for this exciting conference that you won't want to miss!
